Question 1

What can I personalize?

Accepted Answer

Current product options include your words, size, color, and design notes. Share the feeling or small detail you want to carry through, and use the available product choices to shape the piece around it.

Question 2

What should I include in my design notes?

Accepted Answer

Tell us what the piece is for, the names or words that matter, and any visual direction you have in mind. A reference to your occasion, mood, or favorite colors is helpful; you do not need to arrive with a finished design.

Question 3

How does made-to-order production work?

Accepted Answer

We use the details you provide to prepare your piece for production, then make it to order and pack it with care. Because your choices guide the work, please review words, size, color, and design notes carefully before placing your order.

Question 4

Can I change my details after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Made-to-order work moves from your submitted details into production. If you spot a mistake or need to clarify something, email t-and-d-custom-creation@polsia.app as soon as possible and include your order details; we will let you know what can still be adjusted.

Question 5

What is the best way to care for personalized apparel?

Accepted Answer

Follow the care instructions provided with your item and handle personalized details gently. When in doubt, choose the gentlest care option listed for the specific piece rather than guessing; each material and finish can have its own needs.

Question 6

What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?

Accepted Answer

Processing is the time needed to prepare your personalized, made-to-order piece. Shipping is the transit time after it leaves us. We do not promise a turnaround or delivery date here because timing can vary by the item, order details, destination, and carrier. For a timing question about your order, email t-and-d-custom-creation@polsia.app.

Question 7

Where can I ask about an order in transit?

Accepted Answer

If you need help with an order or its delivery, contact t-and-d-custom-creation@polsia.app with the order details you have. We can help clarify the next step without asking you to guess at a delivery promise.

Question 8

Can I return or exchange a custom item?

Accepted Answer

We do not publish a blanket return or exchange promise for personalized items here. If something is wrong with your order or you need to discuss your situation, email t-and-d-custom-creation@polsia.app with the details before sending anything back so we can guide you.

Question 9

What are the T-shirt quantity price ranges?

Accepted Answer

Prices decrease as quantity increases: 1–11: $25–$30 each; 12–23: $18–$22 each; 24–49: $15–$18 each; 50–99: $13–$16 each; 100+: custom quote, usually $11–$14 each. Quantities of 100+ require a custom quote.

Question 10

How do I request quantities or a quote for an organization order?

Accepted Answer

Use our bulk-order form with your organization type, finished apparel or DTF transfer needs, approximate quantity, artwork, and any deadline or event date. It is the clearest way to give us the context needed for a group order conversation.
